Update it or REFUND!!!!!!!

I had got this game for my birthday and was so happy to play it. When I got into the game it crashed. I tried again thinking its a new app and most do that. And after trying for my 29 time I deleted the game and when strait for apple. I was so mad. My friend had got the game for his iPad, but he got it off of some website. I got mine on my iPad mini. When I when to school the next day all my friends had the game but me. Im no cheater like they are. I have gotten ride of the game and I dont plan to play it. But I lost a lot of money that could have gone to something important.
